 Purpose of Collection: To offer uninterrupted and timely customer support.

 Personal Information Collected:User name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit carddetails, debit card details, net banking information, and/or UPI ID), email address, phone number, and Order ID.
 Where is it Disclosed:The information is shared with our Customer Support Team and, if required, with our affiliate Shipping and Logistics and Payment Partner.

Refund Policy

Dear customer,
We hope you always find our products as per your expectations, and you may never need to check our Return and Replacement Policy. However, in the extreme case that you do need to return or exchange, here is our policy.

  • DOMESTIC ORDERS
    You can place your Return/Exchange request at our Returns Centre here or write to us at info@apsarasuit.in.
  • Orders can be returned and exchanged within 2 days of order delivery.
  • Exchange and Replacement can only be done for sizes, wrong, and defective products.If the selected size is not available, we will proceed with a Refund to the source account.
  • If you want a different product during Exchange, connect with our customer support team, and we will guide you through the process.
  •  Return/Refunds are accepted only for product quality issues, wrong product, missing items, and unavailability of the required size.A product Opening Video is a must for missing or damaged product
    complaints.
  •  Replacement/ Return will be accepted only if the product is unused and the tags are intact. Our team might request further information/images to evaluate your Return Request.
  •  To avoid the hassle of Return and Exchange, please consult our size chart on each product page to choose the correct fit.
  • Vedaxmi Apparel offer a Reverse Pickup Option for most pincodes in India. However, if the Reverse Pickup Pincode is not accessible by
    our logistics partners, we may ask you to ship the product back to us and share the tracking details by email. We will reimburse the
    cost of shipping up to INR 99.
  • Refunds for prepaid orders will initiate once the product reaches our warehouse, and the amount will be directly credited to the source
    account within 7 – 10 working days. COD orders/Pay on Delivery orders will be refunded in the form of a COUPON CODE
    ONLY. Coupon codes have a validity of 1 (One) month.
  • Products purchased with the abovementioned COUPON CODE generated for COD customers are not eligible for refund/return.
  • All Orders wherein FREE Products are included with the order and Clearance Sales orders are not eligible for Refund or Exchange. In case of Discounts are applied during the order, the discount value will also be adjusted in the refund; rest assured.
    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
  • Unfortunately, Returns, Replacements, and Refunds are not possible for International Orders. We urge you to check our Size Chart on each product page while ordering.
  • In case you have received a wrong, smaller size, or damaged product, we request you to write to us at info@apsarasuit.in within 48 hours of delivery, along with a photograph/video of the product (size,damaged, missing, or wrong product). Our team shall get in touch
    with you and assist you with the refund or replacement, whichever is
    applicable.
  • NOTE: A product Opening Video is a must for missing or damaged product complaints.
    In case of a refund, the amount will be initiated to the original account, which will be credited within 10 – 15 working days.

Apsara, as a brand, values the importance of offering a wholesome customer experience that starts with a beautiful and interactive web store and ends with perfect shipping and delivery of products. We
understand that your most loved products need to be shipped and delivered with the utmost care; hence, our comprehensive Shipping Policy reflects our mission.


HOW DO WE SHIP OUR PRODUCTS?
Since time is of the essence, we have partnered with the world’s most dependable, secure, and fast logistics and courier companies, including DTDC, FedEx, Bluedart, Delhivery, and XpressBee. Our thirdparty partners ensure the timely delivery of products.


SHIPPING ACROSS INDIA. WHAT’S THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?
We deliver products across all Pincodes in India. For national deliveries, we ship within 24 hours from the time of order confirmation. The estimated delivery time for national orders is 4 to 7 working days.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. WHAT’S THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?
We ship and deliver our products outside India to almost all major countries. Contact our support center to know the countries we deliver in. For all orders placed outside India, the products are shipped within 48
hours from the time of order confirmation. The estimated delivery time is 15 to 20 business days.


NOTES: We do not ship on Sundays and nationally observed holidays.
Orders placed on Saturday post 3 PM are dispatched on the following
Monday or the next working day.
 In addition, certain unforeseen situations like bank holidays, interstate and intercountry regulations, bad weather conditions, strikes, lockdowns, economic and political issues, serviceability of courier partners in the Pincode, and even accidents can delay order delivery. Such situations are beyond our control.
 However, if your order is delayed beyond a week of the estimated delivery time, we will coordinate with the shipment partner and get in touch with you with the latest update.


WHAT IS OUR SHIPPING COST?

National Shipping: Apsara offers FREE shipping for all orders placed
within India. Taxes and duties are included in the product price listed on Apsara Web Store. International Shipping: The shipping cost for international orders is
calculated at the time of checkout, depending upon the weight and value of the order and the shipping address (country).
The shipping cost does not include import duties. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not applicable for International Shipping.


PAYMENT TERMS
 Apsara accepts all major national and international credit cards, debit cards, UPI IDs, and Internet banking transactions.
 We also provide easy 0% Interest EMIs without Credit Cards through Snapmint.
 We offer safe and secure payment through our payment partners. Rest assured.


HOW DO YOU KNOW AN ORDER IS SHIPPED?
You will receive an order confirmation email with the estimated time of delivery and order details. Once the order is shipped, a shipment confirmation email will be sent to you along with the tracking number
and a link to our courier company so that you can track your shipment status in real-time.


WHAT IF YOU ARE NOT AVAILABLE TO RECEIVE AN
ORDER?
The third-party agent will contact you before attempting delivery. If you are unavailable to accept the order on the first try, suggest the time and date of availability. The delivery agent will make a second try to deliver your order at your preferred time. The package will be returned to our courier partner warehouse if it is undelivered after the second attempt. Connect with our customer care team for further information.
NOTE: We request that you be present to receive your COD order.


WHAT SHOULD YOU DO IF THE PACKAGE IS OPENED
OR TAMPERED?
Before your order leaves our warehouse, it passes a stringent quality check. We aim to make your shopping experience with Apsara as perfect as possible. Hence, we work only with the most reliable logistics partners with proven track records. However, due to unforeseen circumstance(s), if you have received an order which has manufacturing defects or missing pieces, contact our grievance team immediately at info@apsarasuit.in within 24 hours of delivery. We will take due actions to rectify the error.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
If the third-party delivery partner tries to deliver a damaged, opened, soiled, or tampered package, DO NOT ACCEPT it. However, we urge you to click a picture of the package and report it to our grievance team as soon as possible at info@apsarasuit.in. Reporting Missing Piece: You must produce a Package OPENING VIDEO to our team to report missing or defective items. We may reject the request if the terms are not fulfilled. Therefore, we urge you to Shoot a Package Opening Video every timewe deliver an order to you.
